Secretary of Dept. of Homeland Security Napolitano has designated Temporary Protected Status ("TPS") for Haitian nationals who were in the U.S. as of January 12, 2010. The designation will allows eligible Haitian nationals in the United States
to continue living and working in the country for the next 18 months. Contact our office immediately if you believe you are eligible for TPS designation.
